He was active from 1727 to 1754. The tap jug is marked with the city mark of Amsterdam, the year letter E for 1739 and the master mark FVS in one. A similar jug is depicted in the book Nederlands klein Zilver by BWG Wttewaall, illustration 1006, page 328. The lid and tap are removable. In good condition.
